. >> prince georges county police have identified a man found shot to death in district heights yesterday. 19-year-old darrylf the oak crest towers on brooks road just after 2:00 p.m. police are trying to figure out the motive and track down any suspects. >> you're about to see more police officers on the streets of prince georges county. the department is kicking off a brand-new crime fighting strategy to make the county safer. the initiative involves 150 extra officers on the beat each night at critical times. the change comes after a violent january last year. >> d.c. police are hoping someone will come forward to help find the suspects in the murder of a 15-year-old boy. in 2009, artist was caught in the cross fire of a neighborhood gunfight. police charged two men for taking part in that shooting, but they haven't been able to find them. paul wagner is live with more. >> artist was an innocent bystander caught in the middle of a neighborhood feud. shot and killed when multiple gunmen opened fire on each other in october of 2009. four of the men were also hit by gunfire. one of them died. it took months
