you know, i have to say the person that to some degree told my story is darwin, so reading about darwinand his struggles, i really identified with him as a writer. he was a perfectionist, it took him 20 years in part because he wanted to make sure every t was crossed and check everything and wanted to be prepared what the critics were going to say about it and talk back about what they might say. darwin as a writer, anxiety, headaches, stomach aches, to some degree like readers have told me in some ways some solace from that and in a community that we have various behaviors or things that -- that, you know, make them go and sometimes make them want to crawl under a rock and all of that stuff that can affect us. it made me, i think i came to it with much sympathy because i covered mental health and i understand how these conditions can affect people and i just came out with even more and also, i think, more of a determination to really speak openly about it and start conversations and let people be honest so there can be change for the better in helping people individually. there's a que
