i am darya folsom. >> concord has police activity because of a possible chase and accident. >> port chicagoway is closed down and we have more details with will tran. >> reporter: i continue to see more investigators arrived and more flares being put down and you can see the players behind me and there is a chip officer with the bright lights in the distance and they have shut down or shut off the on ramp off of highway four and let's say this happened 90 minutes to two hours ago. we don't have a lot of information. we are hoping to hear from the spokesman who might arrive but it has not only shut down on highway for its shutdown on 242 -- 242 and you are not allowed to access port chicago highway. there was some sort of chase that ended in a crash and at this point i do not see any ambulances or corners van arriving so we don't know of injuries or fatalities but obviously this investigation is still ongoing as i continue to see more people arrived and the good news is as far as the commute and highway four even though it is shut down here it's in the counter commute direction and same goes
