. >> the cars darya was simple maintenance. they were doing maintenance at the refinery and during that process, that's when there was a hydrocarbon leak and that caused the huge fires to break out at the refinery, not just the fires, this one problem, but all the pollutants that were sent into the sky right now. you can see it's fully operational. we don't see firefighters here, but the fear factor will always be here. let me show you video of what happened on saturday afternoon at around one, 40 during that maintenance 6 people, 6 employees got injured. now talk about them in just a few moments. but that caused a shelter in place for most of martinez, if not all of it, because it was simply too dangerous to go outside and inhale that air the fire department while they spent nearly a full day just getting it mostly knocked down because we know that that happened at around 11 o'clock sunday morning. so that's nearly 24 hours. appears to be out at this time. what is not out? well, the fear factors of living our teams. >> i think

james and darya. this is being called a storm-related tragedy.'s how firefighters are describing this. take a look at the flooding over here and you get a picture of what's happening in this neck of the woods. sonoma county sheriff's office saying they found the first body just before 5 o'clock last night. the victim found stuck in a covert at friends valley road in sonoma county. firefighters pulled the body out of the water. the sheriff's office says a second body was then found here road where we're located. crews were dispatched around 5.45 to an area where a missing person was last known

i'm darya rain in for james this morning. >> now it looks really nice outside, this years our looking for the changes in the trying to read the clouds. >> yeah, reading them today, it's all going to be pretty light out there. it's definitely cloudy years, though, that it was yesterday at this time. and we're definitely going to be cooler to so feeling a bit more like winter today. let's look outside at what we've got to half moon bay, as you can see out there, pretty overcast. most of our rainfall has been concentrated north of the sonoma county line at this point, we're starting to see a few showers diving south of that line, though. so where is the bay area is still pretty dry as you move up towards willits on up towards ukiah. that's where really starting to see a couple of light showers. santa rosa northward seeing that potential of a quarter of an inch of rain. the rest of us will stay below a 10th of an inch. that's to say really light stuff. nothing more than a few light. sprinkles and showers for the rest of us temperature wise. most of us are hanging out in the 40's to low 50
