>> yes, good morning, dave.derstand that fran firefighter right now is at the hospital being treated for injuries he suffered after falling ten feet or so from a loft space inside this build that caught fire this morning. this is the building behind us, on the 1400 block of stevenson street, sort of an alleyway that comes off of valencia and 13th street. it caught fire around 6:00 this morning, a three story building with nine residential units on the top floor, then work spaces and businesses down on the ground floor. about 20 people live here. one of the big issues early this morning for those folks trying to get it out when the fire started, the front staircase of the building was blocked by fire. a lot of people had to go to a small spiral staircase in the back of the building to escape the flames and smoke. we talked a short time ago with one man inside the building sleeping. he woke up. hit room was full of smoke but -- his room was full of smoke but he managed to make it out okay. >> my room was full of s

dave: a very anti business economy.rted up in the 70s and 80s and 90s, they will never start in this regulatory environment. sometimes also politics is used to attack enemies. there is one group of music teachers called the music teachers national association. the ftc, basically grandmothers that teach piano and violin lessons the ftc is attacking them for their noncompetitive behavior. they are not noncompetitive behavior, just a bunch of music teachers and the ftc says our proposed remedies are not going to interfere with a legitimate function of the organization but they always do because they require reams of past documents to be submitted to regulatory organizations. that takes time and money and distracts people from doing their business. charles: is part of it because it is a great way to grab money? great way to fund those coffers for an administration that will spend every nickel that has and doesn't have? dave: yes but more than that the president and all this regulatory -- in the administration, notnicks thin

good morning, i'm dave clark. let's talk about weather and traffic. you will see some different stuff in the air. >> it is very mild. very tropical almost. almost 60-degrees for some. there is areas of fog and definitely drizzle. maybe a little slower here this morning. we haven't had any rain. there is rain definitely north. shelter cove authority things are beginning to pick up. we need all of this to slide south. it will be a very slow process. overall by the time the system arrives here there won't be a lot left. rainfall projections through friday don't give us much. maybe couple .01 to a quarter of an inch. 50s to near 60 degrees. so it is really mild and warm. definitely seeing increase in rain. mendocino county and lake county. there is hope here that this system will make it. there is a lot of moisture in place. temperatures in the 50s to start and 60s with drizzle. maybe light rain move into the north bay. here is sal. >>> we are looking at the drizzle and the mist. going to be somewhat coming down here in parts of the east bay. here is high
