((vanessa murphy)) dave and patranya, today - we learned about a metro police officer facing felony charges for a domestic incident. and according to records, he remains in jail tonight. a spokesman for metro police says james burt is accused of domestic battery by strangulation and first degree kidnapping. the 41-year-old police officer has been with metro since 2005 - ten years....and while this is being investigated internally, he is not getting a paycheck.
