dave, the department of justice says that the subpoena now for the premature and unnecessary. do we think the attorney general will not adhere to that subpoena request? what could we learn from the unredacted parts? >> it's possible, but we have a couple of things going on. first of all, the democrats, even before we begin to talk about the impeachment word, they do have several steps that they're going to go forward. one is the subpoena and trying to figure out if they can get access -- full access to the entire report. as you mentioned earlier, it's going to be a less redacted version that's going to be available for eyes on only to certain select members of the house. that's not going to be good enough for the house leadership. they want to have the full document so they can make determination on what step to take forward. are the democrats going to go forward and try to impeach the president knowing full well that even if they did impeach the president, that this could be a the senate is highly unlikely to go forward and kick the president out of office when you have a tri

alex, good morning. >> reporter: dave, good morning.t is hard to believe but you're talking about so-called crimes, like homosexual sex being punishable not just by death but death by stoning. those laws set to be imposed come april 3rd, just days away, and certainly they have caught the world's attention. you had george clooney grabbing global headlines by urging a boycott of the hotels connected to the sulton of brunei. we have been speaking to people inside brunei. members of the lgbtq community who are living there in fear and in hiding, not certain of what the coming base or weeks will bring. they're not certainly a hotel boycott would move the government in any direction but they believe the boycott is drawing a lot of international attention that could be helpful to them. as for its part, the government of brunei posted a statement on their web site on saturday. they plan to go forward with imposing these laws. they say they are a sovereign countr un high commissioner for human rights calling on brunei to put a stop to this bem.
