good morning, alyssa. >> reporter: good morning, dave. i'm in front of foothill regional park that has been closed since the kincade fire burned in this area. one issue people are worried about today is any sort of debris run off. that is because just down the road from the park, there are entire neighborhoods. there are homes. there is a lot of concern about erosion in the area. so what is happening today there is a flash flood watch that goes in effect from 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. saturday. the kincade fire burned 78,000 acres and flames stopped just short of making a run through windsor. firefighters battled back those flames and protected homes. now there is concerns about this incoming storm. the area was already soaked by heavy rains last weekend. some areas got up to half a foot of rain. residents gathered for a tree lighting ceremony last night. >> when you almost lose your whole town, a little rain doesn't seem like a big deal. >> at least the flood is something that we know that is coming because it has been there before. >> repo
