dave goldberg joins me now from survey monkey. -- services have gotten bad publicity but how do usersthem? most people still have not used them so it is still very early on. >> it's hard for me to understand in san francisco. >> we live here in the epicenter and users here were clearly the first people on uber and the in sanf uber and lyft francisco is very high but we it,when people are doing they are using uber but less than 1/3 of people have used the services. >> uber is more dominant? cup debt but2/3 of the of the country has not used it of all. about 30% said they do not have the service in the area but there are many people who have not used it. >> does that means that lyft and sidecar stand a chance? >> i should say i'm a very small investor in uber. i think it's tougher these services to differentiate themselves. uber has a big head start in terms of the consumers perception because they were first and have people on their phones. other services have to figure out how they will be different and it cannot just be price. that users are only using them once or twice a month. the
