dave. i've served on this c pad. i've lived in knob hill for the last 15 years and currently represent knob hymn hill on the t pad. but sadly it's becoming home to more and more downstrokes and party buses couped by absolutely inastrological things to the over saturation of liquor licenses. now have a quick look at the statistics. i didn't make up those numbers. in 2010 i started tracking the number of liquid licenses and drew some comparisons between san francisco and los angeles to have some kind of benchmark between two major cities in california. i think the facts shakespeare speak for themselves. even though la is larger than san francisco san francisco has nearly 6 times the number of liquor licenses and 3 times the number of liquor licenses in la. and in 2010 central districts that several asbestos absent licenses. in 2012 there were 6 hundred and 39 liquor licenses and that's a 24 percent increase and as of today there's seven hundred and 34 that's a fourteen percent increase over last year. it's hard to explain to the members of th

hill drive. that's where we find ktvu brian flores now where a vigil is still growing. good morning, brian. >> reporter: good morning, dave very tough for students here at deer valley high school and many reminders here at the intersection that you mentioned here in antioch. balloons and flowers left behind, messages written on trees. the biggest reminder is the skid marks on the grass where 17 year old lydell benjamin was killed. he was a senior at deer valley high school and that's where grief counselors will be this morning to help students cope with their loss. now lydell was the passenger in a jaguar sedan when it crashed off sterling hill drive and hillcrest avenue last friday. the unidentified driver of that car is reportedly at john deere hospital with serious injuries and expected to survive. the investigation into exactly what happened tip uses but they do say that speed played a role in the crash. meantime the whole deer valley community continues to mourn on saturday. family, friends and classmates held a candlelight vigil. family members and friends say he attended church regularly and was well liked in the c
