with us senior military correspondent with the huffington post, dave wood.ave, how are you, my friend? >> good. >> i'll send this first question over to you as we talk about the importance of drones and u.s. military strikes. the numbers are nearly impossible to discern in terms of casualties in and around this. why -- i mean, there is skresy in the program, but how the u.s. military classifies a sdmrool we are talking about drones but we should be talking about killing. once the president determines that we're at war, it sort of hands over to the military the whole question of who do you kill and how? the fact is the drones are a useful technology if your job is to kill people. they're precise. they can establish a lot of good intels, but it's a tool. the real question is who are we killing and why? are we at war and are we not? it just lays out the legal steps to determine how to go forward, and who are we trying to kill and why? that's the important question here. >> it's amazing that we don't actually -- there is no definitive answer to that. >> i have a

. >> hi, i'm dave woods, i'm the chief pharmacy officer for the department of public health. good morning, supervisors. we are here to request approval of a third amendment to the contract to increase the total contract amount to enable the provision of pharmacy benefit management services through june 30th, 2014. the purpose of the program is to enable more than 50,000 uninsured clients of the community health network. so, those with healthy san francisco, sf pass, healthy workers programs, all who do not have insurance, to continue to receive prescriptions at a pharmacy closer to where they live or receive medical care. without these pharmacies, patients might have to take one, two or three buses to get to san francisco general outpatient pharmacy which is not only convenient to them, but also reduces the likelihood of their picking up their prescription and receiving the care that they need. prescriptions currently are written in one of 13 community health centers, which are considered the copc clinics. or at one of the clinics on the san francisco general hospital campus.

wood chuck? i think it is. >>> you guys are looking at the fantastic reunion of dave thomas and buzz light year. buzz light year is the dog, of course. dave thomas was separated from buzz lightyear because dave was arrested. he went to jail for a little while and police took his dog. once dave was released from jail he couldn't get his dog out because he didn't have the $400 that the county was requiring to get him. he only had $6 in his pocket. along came maria sanchez. this happened in san bernadino, california. she saw dave interacting with buzz, so she put pictures of him and buzz on facebook and it went viral. she was able to raise $2,000 so he could get his dog. ktla in los angeles talked to dave thomas about the event. >> never thought it was going to happen. especially to me. i got to go down there at 10:00 and kiss the ground of the feet of maria sanchez who did all this. >> oh. >> he thinks maria is an angel for raising this money and helping him get his dog out of the pooch pokey. here he is kissing her feet. >> thank you so much. >> to tell us all about what she did, we have maria sa
