david asman from fox business is here. and highlight to our audience in the afternoon, we did not have to get here. that easy money environment was there for so long and the government kept spending money, inflation was ignored and down played and so now we're all paying the consequences. >> you and i have been talking about this for two years since they started to roll out the covid dollars we've been saying there will be a price to pay. there is a big difference between the trump covid dollars and the biden covid dollars. trump they phased out once the pandemic was essentially over. and the biden covid expenses were permanent. they are permanent expenses. they have now become a baseline upping the budget by $2 trillion. we knew it would cause inflation and interest rates to go up. fed chair jerome powell didn't. in 2021, in september of 2021 he saw a dip of inflation in 2022 to 2.2%. now we know that it topped out in 2022 at 9% and ended 2022 at 6%. he has been dead wrong in this. the problem with powell he doesn't reall
