david bossy is the co-author of the best seller "let trump be trump."he supreme court pretty well. you follow it. what do you think could happen here in this case in north carolina? it's not the only one that is up for possible review by the supreme court. >> it is. it could be the third one, as he was just talking about. wisconsin and maryland both have cases that have been accepted by the supreme court to be held, i believe the oral arguments for this spring. this particular case seems to be a little bit more political, little bit of a partisan judge seems to say he doesn't like the partisan nature of the lines that have been drawn. i think one solution is that the supreme court could stay this ruling and hold it at bay until these other cases are dealt with. i think that's a distinct possibility here. the other one is that they could just redraw the lines by the deadline in a couple of weeks. that's a very tall order. >> dana: indeed. i guess if the supreme court stays it and waits for these other cases, then this is not a factor in the 2018 mid term
