now, "eyewitness news" reporter david spunt has dug up new details about the man who turned himself in today. david is at police headquarters with what we know. david? >> reporter: chris his name is damon oliver he's 40 years old a city employees he works for the city's parks and recreation department and he is no stranger to police. he has a lengthy criminal record. so detectives here at headquarters are familiar with the name tonight he's behind bars and his victim is recovering. the images are hard to look at. a 17 year old girl named shea has a broken nose, a black eye and persist 10 anxiety. police say 40-year-old dame men oliver is the one to blame. he turned himself in to detectives and is charged with attacking shea on a septa trolley last week. >> my bag kept bumping this man and he was getting mad my bag was bumping him. >> that was shea right after attack. in this cell phone video police say oliver can be seen hitting shea on the public trolley. packed with passengers. >> i saw his fist was rolled up as if he was ready to hit me. he said he would hit me. >> "eyewitness news"
