let's head on over to david and karen. d, it didn't feel so bad when i walked out this morning. >> it's funny, too, because temperatures right now, tam, are still in the cold zone but i agree with you you stepped outside and it was nothing like it was the last couple mornings. we've had some cloud cover overnight but you can see that breaking up and i think we're going to see a fair amount of sunshine early. over all fairly sunny conditions with occasional clouds popping through. the temperatures this morning are still cold. they're just not as cold as they've been the last couple days. 17 degrees in philadelphia, 14 in allentown right now, 16 in reading, 13 in wilmington. only 11 in trenton and 10 in millville but of course there's not much wind this morning so we're not worrying about wind chills and it does feel like we're getting a break. boy do we get a break this afternoon. we'll zoom this morning with those temperatures. by 8 o'clock we'll be at 21. by noon up to 34 and by 3 o'clock, that's your high today, 39 degree

. >> let's talk about those temperatures with david and karen in weather and traffic.d morning to you both. >> all right, guys, we're off to a very chilly start. in fact we've already set a couple record lows. first thing i want to talk about is a wind chill advisory that for the second straight morning is in effect in the poconos until 10 o'clock this morning. we've got wind chills down as low as 20 degrees below zero. actually not quite as bad as yesterday morning but still something to keep in mind if you're headed to the poconos. icy issues. yesterday we had more melting thanks to the sun. even though temperatures stayed below freezing all you need is that sun nice and bright for a few hours in the afternoon. overnight refreezing could produce more icy patches on side streets and sidewalks. probably not as widespread as yesterday but something to keep in mind. satellite showing you a lack of real significant cloud cover around early on. we'll start out sunny and probably wind up partly sunny through most of the day. the temperatures are a problem this morning, thou
