kelly brought that story earlier and has more on it now from hq. kate? >>> david with shares up 6% partly on this news. i think there are a lot of concerns out there about the volcker rule, seeking to look into the trades that firms have if they consider they are too big to fail. mainly competitors like jpmorgan saks and morgan others, those things may not be allowed to stay part of the company in a future under the volcker rule. obviously, that remains to be seen. the bank holding act raises questions on how morgan stanley currently does business that have not been currently ironed out. that said, this would be a big change for morgan stanley. they have been active in this business and the leading franchise over the years. i'm told this business raised a billion to $3 billion depending on the year in revenue. i think it was more of a profit in the earlier era, now it is a tick lower, but essentially this is a core thing they do. for them to bing be i think in a minority investment may not be a game changer, but it is interesting to see them contemplate this. give
