. >> for more on all of those global flashpoints, andfs we're joined by david kelli, chief global strategi at jpmorgan fund and jim paulsen, chief investment strategi. gentlemen, welcome. first of all, david, i'm going to start with you. there are s that impacted the market today. bu let's start with greece if we could. how do you think this is all going to play out? what res? >> it's very uncertain and of course that's why the markets so much around the world. what we think is the first important thi to recognize is that unless something strange happens here europe is relative insulated from a disaster in greece. the european banking system is solid, it's very well capitalize european central bank stands ready to help problems on the periphery. the other peripheral countries are doing better so this is really a greek problem. as to how it turns out, i think, one is do the greek people vote yes or no next sunday? and, if they vote no then how does this all unravel? but it will unravel, if they vote against this agreement. i think alex tsipras is telling his people a bunch of malarkey. that

david kelly is here with us.e were wondering this morning about the most important issues here and i was thinking, what does it look like if greece leaves in the euro. i feel like it will be a chub fate. classic think the biggest issue is people will be missing what is going on while everyone is watching greece. this morning, the index for the eurozone area is highest since 2011. they are benefiting from the weaker euro. matt: they are stringing greece along, keeping them sidelined while they deal with ireland and spain. david: well -- >> and that is the key. ecb took them off. a couple things he said there would rather talk about, why do you say the euro is undervalued? saying we would see parity by the year-end? david: the united states runs a significant trade deficit and the eurozone is running a significant surplus. the surpluses and deficits were based on where the euro was a year ago. now you could say a year ago the dollar was too high and the euro was too low here that is certainly the case now. olivia:

joining our closing bell strange we have david kelly from jpmorgan heather hughes and rick santelli. rick, let me start with you this. move in interest rates. a pause today, but all the focus back and forth is about investors. what are they going to do? is everybody going to move out of fixed income pile into the stock market? is the upward trend going to resume? >> i don't believe in the great rotation. flows don't wear it out. i think i would take that off the table. in terms of will it continue? i think it will but nothing goes in a straight line. remember we are basically churning through june. we are not quite halfway there. it's the last month of the second quarter. gdp upgraded from 1.1% to 1.3 -- 1.3% to 1.9%, sorry, that's a nice raise. gdp is too strong for zero interest rate policies. keep it simple. settle at 3.11 in 30s friday. i would use the longest end to be a pivot. some of the bigger data points are out. if we settle under 3.41 tomorrow we could ease back further. it doesn't mean the macromove of higher interest rates. treasury market had the feel of higher rates fo
