leslie: it is still pretty early but the ceo david kirchhoff has mentioned it is a possibility in the would be something in the near term but something a little ways out, and some of these concepts do well on the public market. you know, they are pretty small but they are attractive to investors. like shake shack or zoe's. david: jersey mike's, a fast casual restaurant is eating away at subway's market share across the country. what is jersey mike's compared to say a subway? felix: that is similar, you get your subs and you order by number. it is a little bit more expensive, the ingredients are a little bit higher quality, and they have hot subs they cook on a flat grill as opposed to heating up in a microwave. but otherwise, yes, it is a sandwich shop. david: that is very much what it is trying to convey, the cheese and meat is sliced in front of you. there is a grill in the back where they are making this stuff. felix: it is somewhat theatrical, to show you that i am preparing the food. it is fun watching them slice the meat right in front of you. david: is it part of a bigger trend
