david brunner. will the other lee officers face chans, and if so what do you think they will be charged with? >> it's a tough decision for prosecutors because there is a tremendous amount of pressure to charge these three individuals. but these decisions have to be made within the facts and the law. i see it as very difficult to bring these channels. i look to the complaint against chauvin and it has quotes from some of the other officers, one says should we roll him over to his side in which chauvin says no. further worried about excited delirium where chauvin said that's why we have him on his stomach. i can see these officers saying to chauvin, the senior officer on scene, they were showing some concern. so it doesn't rise to the level of criminal activity. rick: it's hard to argue they couldn't say he's struggling, we need to get him up. they are police officers and they are trained. whether their colleague is in charge or not. they can see this man needs to breathe. it's been plenty of time it strikes people for a prosecutor to review the tapes and come up with what would be a suitable d
