reporter david madden from our sister station kyw news radio had has more from camden. >> reporter: florida developer glenn straub wanted more time about a month to see how appeals filed by revel's power provider and operators of the hq nightclub played out. revel's attorney maintained he has zero confidence that straub will close on the deal in the short term. >> there was no additional time to close. they had to close by monday. they had every opportunity to do so. they didn't. >> reporter: all of the other parties sided with revel, bankruptcy judge gloria burns asked straub point blank if he would close in a day or two. he said no. the judge ruled against an extension. >> the case law is that unless these words are in the contract there is no urgency in closing. because you have got to take it to due diligence. by they are setting 30 days doesn't change what it is. >> reporter: what is next? >> we need to get a buyer who has got money who will close. >> why would somebody bid now, under these circumstances that didn't bid before? >> reporter: if they get the a bid at all i don't see that
