david: morry, if it wasn't for obamacare, would you be hiring? >> not really from the standpoint.hat we've been able to do, and he's right, small, i should say the small companies that are less than 50 people, they're getting hit. and what you're seeing is reduction of hours to keep it down under the 30.d&Ö . we think that will allow us to create increases coming up. if it works we'll try to do the same thing at all of our locations in the u.s. david: chris, is there a way, that is a great example, of somebody trying to go around these new laws and regs and tax implications. chris, are there ways to go around obamacare? are you stuck with a brick wall there? >> you know, we're a medium enterprise sized business. i don't think there is any way around it. i mean today we have 370 employees and growing by 100 people. i think if you have a lot of labor force that you can shift, that you can deal with part-time employees, i think there may be potential to get around obama care a little bit that way. when you just face the facts of it, it is just a challenge. there are more costs coming

the morris county prosecutors office identified the man found in the passaic river as david byrd went for a walk january 11th and never returned. he had a liver transplant and didn't have his medication with him. he worked for the journal more than 20 years. >>> growing investigation into robert durst now. the fbi is looking into whether he's linked to the disappearances of two women in 199. police have charged him with first-degree murder in the 2000 death of susan berman and currently in custody in louisiana while waiting to be transferred to los angeles. now the feds are working with local police on cold cases in several cities. the fbi would not give any details on that widening investigation. >> i know that we are doing a number of things in different field offices to run down leads. that is one of the powers of the fbi we're everywhere in the united states so if local partners need help with a homicide investigation or something else they will frequently ask us to run out that lead in new york san francisco or some other place. >> durst is in a mental health facility on suicide

david, thank you. >> in 2001, robert durst was arrested and charged with the murder of morris black. he admitted to chopping up his body, dumping them in galveston bay. they argued that durst was the victim of an angry neighbor that confronted him with a gun. the jury bought that defense and after five days of deliberations durst was acquitted of murder. >> i understand you have a verdict? >> yes, your honor. >> will you hand it to the bailiff? will the defendant please rise. for the verdict of the jury is such, the jury finds the defendant, robert durst, not guilty. >> did they say not? are you sure? joining me now is the judge that red that verdict. retired texas district court judge mrs. chris. your reaction to what that happened in the last 24 or 48 hours? >> you always have to expect the unexpected with robert durst and the things going on in his life. every time you think it is as shocking as it could being with something else happens that lets you know this case is so far from being over. >> you sat in that courtroom, and that trial is taken by many as a lesson in the ways tha
