let's get the latest from david murphy at the "action news" big board. david. >> reporter: on sky6 live hd it's dreary out there. of course this morning we had heavy downpours coming through the i-95 corridor. most of that highlighted in yell is pushing away from the region. we're stuck with an onshore flow that's keeping the clouds in place and keeping us kind of damp. most of the rain is very light and in some cases out to the west all you're seeing is drizzle. lots of cloud cover, too. we had occasional breaks in the clouds south of washington and eastern shore of maryland. that break is not going to make it in our direction because of the wind. check out the direction it's coming off the water that's drawing moisture in and with a frontal boundary pushing up from the south the interaction with the flow and the boundary keeping us under the threat of drizzle and spotty showers. not like this morning. temperatures are interesting. 49 degrees kind of cool an uncomfortable, a little damp that's the number we had when we started out this morning. as i take

but first up let's go right over to meteorologist, david murphy he and to karen rogers.y've got your accuweather and your traffic. good morning. >> we're taking a look at satellite this morning. we're actually looking at clear skies across most of the region with cloud cover coming in later today. the caveat there is that some of this forms some low lying cloud cover and fog and we'll take a look at visibility in a second. 45 degrees in philadelphia. so it is another cool start. 40 in allentown, down into the upper 30's in millville. 446 trenton. 2646 cape may. we have 3-mile visibilities in philadelphia which isn't bad but there is some light patchy fog developing. down the road in wilmington only a half mile. lancaster's particularly low visibility. reading also a low problem with that, a little bit down through millville and these numbers will shift a bit as the morning goes on. keep in mind there's the possibility of patchy fog on the bus stop and when you're driving around the neighborhood. clear skies otherwise though with that patchy fog. 43 degrees by 6 o'clock,
