-- 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. we'll get up to 40 this afternoon. it's a good afternoon to get things done ahead of the evening arrival of precipitation, but we do have that massive precipitation to the south and west. it is expected to arrive during the evening hours and continue into a good portion of saturday. there's a winter weather advisory that starts later tonight and into saturday. we'll see snow mixing with sleet. i think the start time in philadelphia is probably around 9:00 p.m. tonight a little bit before that down south in wilmington and dover and later than that, perhaps 10:00 p.m. in allentown. this whole thing will have a tendency to change over to rain in the overnight hours and tomorrow morning. we'll see improvement. poor travel later in the overnight hours and perhaps early tomorrow morning, as well. when i step inside we'll have future tracker 6 and show you the progression of this and when it gets out of here. >> reporter: every morning we've been saying it's dry the roads are dry and you have to watch for icy spots. that's the case today. we're seeing a number of accidents including an overturned vehicle on the schuylkill expressway. this is schuylkill eastbound at gulph mills we have the right lane completely blocked. they are temporarily blocking all lanes. this is the on-ramp at the schuylkill eastbound. looks like they are trying to flip the car and pull it out at this point. we have penn e -- dot on the scene. we have a single-vehicle accident. we have traffic slowing coming east of king of prussia. as we look at the wider picture we have icy conditions at east 12th street. there's a water main break that's causing the problem there. ridge pike at north rain they have an accident that brought down the traffic light. fire police on hand. chester county route hundred in upper quinn nid -- qwen i had at at -- sum knee sit down pike. >>> two people went up in flames in a philadelphia neighborhood overnight because of this proximity investigators are calling them suspicious. katherine scott is live along the 6300 block of dittman street in tacony. >> reporter: matt, there were no injuries in all this, but the two fires were right around the corner from each other so officials are calling them suspicious. we're standing in the back alley of the home on dittman. the suffer is in bad shape. the windows are blown out it's charred. we did see an arson dog sniffing the scene earlier for accelerants around here. we don't know if anything turned up. the first of the fires were called in at 2:00 a.m. at robins and torresdale around the corner from here. the fire was put out but not before it could do a lot of damage to the car. the car is charred. the windows blew out it's a mess. not long after that fire was reported another car came in. let's doe go to that video. it was another car fire this one on the 6 # 30:00 a.m., we'll be -- 3:30 a.m. we'll be changing over to rain in philadelphia. it starts out as snow and warm air comes in. # 30:00 saturday morning -- 7:30 saturday morning the roads might be slushy, but the snow gets washed away a little bit. in allentown there's a chance of it changing back to snow and sleet. it gets out of here as rain as 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon. models differ on how much well get. i think the 4.2 is a little high. 1 to 3-inch snowfall accumulation most of it will be washed away saturday by the rain. nont less, 1 -- nonetheless, 1 to 3 inches possible. allentown, a little better chance of slick roads with more snow #
