and i would love for this committee to know that my good friend and republican friend senator david perdue and my democratic colleague senator joe donley can be able to restore to be able to provide so those schools well have the confidence to know that money will be there they can go out. they can connect with the middle schools and high schools and start identifying kids that want to go in agriculture. i have preached this for a long time. we've a national crisis with our farmers the suicide rate is so high a lot of the hopelessness is not there. they need programs like this. that will show how. and get our young people into farming and into field production. the average age of our food producers is 60 years of age. so i'm saying mister chairman is if it's your will that the bill not be here i want you to know that this bill will make several stops and is my earnest wish that the democrats and republicans on here will help are beginning farmers and help our young people and let us develop in part the proper money in their for beginning farmer and restore that $95 million for african-amer
