. >> caller: this is david pilpel. long report. i agree strongly with the recognition for deputy city attorney robin on her retirement and wish her well. robin is one of the few people that goes as far as back as i do with the agency. she is served the agency and its predecessors well as deputy city attorney. i think very highly of robin and i wish her well in her retirement. next, please send me a copy of the board of supervisors solution on the bus stop parking removal. i was not tracking that legislation. if somebody can relate to me the file number that would help. i can go grab it. i would like a copy of that resolution so i can look into that. i hope next, i hope that effort to keep scooters and other rental vehicles off sidewalks will include rental bicycles. bicycles are never allowed to operate on the sidewalk under the state vehicle code. yet, they do from time to time. if there's a way to restrict rental bicycles from sidewalks using the same technology, that would be great. there's an outreach event for that project for

david pilpel. i think there was a typo in the staff report, but i'll focus on the resolution on the last whereas and in the resolved clause i think in the last whereas where it says disbursed p.e.r.s.a.t. and in the resolved, the first line the commission hereby authorizes the accept and expend up to -- maybe of up to and perhaps with the resolve that the commission requests board of supervisors approval. anyway. just something to clean up those last two clauses.' it's not entirely clear to me if the funds actually go to customers because there's some language in here that it goes to customers. it seems like it probably stays at the p.u.c. and arrearages, the outstanding bills. my thanks to aaron and friends and to marge viscara and friends at customer service. i'm assuming at the board of supervisors, this may require both and apply for or not an apply for, but both accept and expend resolution and supplemental ordinance to appropriate the fund and just so i don't have to call again and this could

this is david pilpel. i have comments on e10.2, 10.3 and 10.4. on 10.2, traffic modifications i have no issue on the substance on the ceqa reference. on page 4. the second paragraph under environmental review, sfmta under authority delegated and determined -- i don't really need it for today. but in the future, can you just include the date of that determination? it's got the case number. but including the date of the determination both there on page 4 and in the resolution, that would be very helpful. other comment i had on 10.2 starting on page 2, the little description blurb under each item. modification a, provided our eligibility, i ask whoever is writing this, word it in such a way that modification a would provide. this proposal would do blah. it is before you. those are my comments on 10.2. on 10.3, i have no objection on substance. i understand reducing the concession fee based on lower attendance and covid and all that. i'm concerned that retroactive approval is bad form in general. i note this agreement expired july 1, 2019. the m.t.a.
