david plough, i have two questions for you.st of which, calls for you to get your kornacki on. a lot of people heard the main result, this morning, and went outside like it was a fire drill. and haven't checked back in twih the race. what states are the democrats waiting for? >> well, now, we're just waiting for arizona. so i would expect the biden lead holds up but i wouldn't be surprised if the margin gets down to 15 or 20,000. my -- if you look historically, a race, maybe 100, 500, or even a thousand votes, the recount may change the outcome. but we generally don't see that. and i make this point. if you look at 2016, donald trump won pennsylvania, michigan, and wisconsin, between the three. you know, joe biden's margins will be triple that. this is not a close race. in fact, you know, 2008, barack obama won 305 electoral votes with biden as his running mate. i mean, biden's going to be close to that so we need to see what happens. obviously, i think much more important now that biden's been declared the winner is those two

. >> we are joined now by david plough. he served as campaign manager and white house senior adviser for president barack obama. he's host of the podcast, campaign hq. he's also an msnbc political analyst. >>> david, the question for the pros when they get down to the final hours is, what do you know? i'm just giving you the wide open, what do you know, what do we need to know? >> well, lawrence, i think be what steve showed -- you mentioned charlie cook's analysis. he thinks biden is going to win. is it a narrow win? a narrow win means trump holds on to florida, north carolina, texas, georgia. biden wins wisconsin, michigan, pennsylvania. if he cracks the sunbelt, then you're heading to landslide territory. secondly, we know a lot about the early vote. there's no question that donald trump has to win election day decisively. now, he did that in florida in 2016 where hillary clinton did quite well in the early vote. so if you're the biden campaign and democrats, you can't let up the gas. they won't. you have to have good eno
