david: our next question comes from desiree news reporter lisa riley roche. >> in light of the recent school shootings, i would like you to address what you see as the federal government's rule and dealing with school shootings, and beyond dealing with safety procedures and schools, i would like to know if you would be willing to ban the sale or ession of bump stocks or impose a three-day waiting period to buy a gun. if you could be specific about those three, and talk about a broader government role in protecting students in schools. governor romney: i begin by affirming the second amendment needs to be protected. i do not favor new federal gun legislation. the exception is in regards to enhanced background checks. i also think we should ban the sale of bump stocks to the general public. bringsool safety issue up a heart wrenching reality, and that is our young people should not have to worry about going to school, and parents should not have to worry about losing a child. interestingly, banks have figured out how to keep people from robbing the bank, and their idea is pretty straigh
