we bring in david shuster, in washington, d.c. david, first question for you very important.istrict of columbia, what is the sense you have in the streets? which way it is going? >> it is all going to mitt romney and very, very low turnout. in d.c. there are only 30,000 registered republicans, and officials believe that maybe 15 or 20% will turn out for the primary. so you are talk 6 or 7,000 people. and mitt romney had all of the republican d.c. officials. and between that and rick santorum not being on the ballot, d.c. is not a race. similar thing in maryland. you are talk about mitt romney having all of the republican leaders in the state of maryland. and they are much more progressive on social issues. so the key battle as far as the head-to-head matchup would really be wisconsin. >> i can't believe there are 18 people who would vote in a republican primary in d.c. let alone 7,000. i'm going lower, lower, lower.
