we had starbucks and a champion with david chiu was there and hiring kids on the spot. he was interviewing them and they would go through four interviews in the morning and the kids would be filtered out throughout and at the end of the day saying now i want you to connect to this person and two weeks come talk to us and orientation and the kids were stunned they were picking up the jobs right away and as you look through the photos you should photo the level of engagement and enthusiasm that the kids had because for many of them this is the first time they were getting this one-on-one on how to interview and how to interact with another adult, and to express how you feel, and to really think about what area of industry you may want to go into. the last thing i will say is just around the cte and this is probably where we want to start figuring how to work better. through the programs many of the young people during the internship can only work 20 hours a week and do it for a shorter period of time than what we set up over the summer so we want to figure out how we can

one week ago the action cam spotted people bundled up in winter coats you see that on the right and now a live look at center city shows a sunny and dry day, meteorologist, david murphy is outside with more. >> i love the before and after shot you just showed. you kind of don't want to think about what has been but it's easier when you know what is ahead this afternoon. lets look at satellite we have remnants of that significant rain, and some of that down near dover, the other thing i want to point out is how that white sheet of clouds beginning to get dark gray in spots and that is an indication that the sun is breaking through the clouds and right now a thicker swatch that is breaking through and we are looking at sun and clouds the rest of the way temperatures now not to shabby 55 in philadelphia you want to get 2 degrees warmer go to washington where it's 57 and cooler air out to the west but we don't have to worry about that tonight or overnight. richmond virginia mid-60s and 60 degrees here by 2:00 and i expect to get up there around 3:00 and we are holding on to 60 degrees and by 6:00 not too bad. we'll see the temperatures dip a bit down to 51 by 10:0
