"eyewitness news" reporter david spunt has traveled to pike county for us and he joins us with the very latest on the case now david? >> reporter: chris eric frein is back behind bars here in pike county right now the judge decided there is enough evidence for him to stand trial. we don't know exactly when that will be, but the the prosecutor is seeking the death penalty. a shackled eric frein said nothing as state police troopers escorted him out of the pike county courthouse late monday afternoon. he followed the late corporal brian dickson's widow and members of dickson's family. inside state troopers and the county coroner took the stand all recounted where they were september 12th when police shot to of their own killing dickson and injuring trooper alex douglass. in court the prosecution played surveillance video from inside the blooming grove barracks. on camera troopers pulled corporal dickson's body back in the building. alex douglass dragged himself across the lobby floor moments after he was shot. he is still least covering at home. >> it is a long road to recovery. he has su
