"eyewitness news" reporter david spunt just spoke with the chester county district attorney and brandthis investigation. david? >> reporter: jessica, ukee, in that district attorney tom hogan here is angry, in fact, he is furious, he said that someone through ryan benjamin, 24 years old, who lived in pottstown, through her in the water like a piece of trash. now, we were on scene after her body was discovered in east coventry township, pigeon creek specifically, in about 4 feet of water. >> this happened on monday memorial day. the district attorney says there were people swimming in that area sunday afternoon, and did not obviously see any signs of a body in that 4 feet of water. so he believes this happened sometime between sunday and early monday. today was the day the identification was made, we're told that miss benjamin lived in rochester, new york, she was pre k teacher at warwick childcare incorporated in pottstown, and family member came down from rochester, already on their way back to rochester, but had to identify her. here is what the district attorney had to say and he i
