. >> now there's a call from david vitter, republican from louisiana, for her to investigate mrs.inton. let's take a look at this letter the senator sent to miss lynch. it says, he cited the fact during her senate judiciary confirmation committee hearing she talked about fighting corruption as u.s. attorney in brooklyn. he wrote clinton's actions certainly warrant such investigation. if you are confirmed as attorney general eric holder's replacement, will you commit to a vigorous transparent investigation of the allegations that clinton used her personal e-mail account and server to shield politically sensitive material from requests. if your investigation of these allegations demonstrate violations of federal recordkeeping laws, i request that in your capacity as top lawyer for the american public, you appoint a special counsel to prosecute those violations to the full extent of the law. he gave miss lynch april 13th to answer. what would she possibly say and could that torpedo her nomination? >> yeah. i think you're right when you said it puts a monkey wrench into the situation.

senator david vitter tweeted, despite the objections the obama administration has made a deal with iran, nearly 60% of americans support this deal. margie, where is this going? >> well i think the issue here is it looks like you're going to see a lot of republicans trying to play politics with this. washington post had a poll this week. there's been consistent support for negotiating with iran. on top of that, there has actually been pretty consistent bipartisan support. "the washington post" abc poll shows in fact half of republicans say they want to see negotiations with iran. so what people are really sick of is this reflexive knee-bent issue, even the most complicated and tricky ones. and if you see some republicans really going that route, they are going to lose a lot of people who say we need to be political. >> i think some republicans in congress want to see the president fail more than they want to see america succeed. it's also a victory for the american people to have iran not seeking nuclear arms. this curbs iran's nuclear ambitions more than any administration has done in t
