david sampson has been planning his retirement for some time. a very unusual turn, though. his firm is not just changing leaders, it's changing its name. wolf become arguably the most powerful law firm in chris christie's new jersey. but david sampson is now not just retiring, they're stripping his name off the firm. it's not going to be wolf, sampson anymore. i don't know what they're going to call it. but it's going to be a fresh start. as chris christie starts his run for president in 2016, it's hard to not wonder about when and whether the other shoe is going to drop in terms of federal indictments in the bridge scandal that chris christie says he regrets so much. "the new york times" posted this article saying indictments in the bridge case are imminent. they're coming as soon as next week. but honestly, we have seen that prediction before, and it's been 15 months so far with zero news from that new jersey prosecutor's office, which does not leak. that said, all those previous predictions did not come on the heels of chris christie's mentor resigning from his law firm. so still, lots of intrigue here, but so far intrigue is it. watch t

so wolf, from a clinton campaign spokesman, again a sign they are trying to push back on anything that they believe could be a problem here. and david is right about the early poll ratings. clinton advisors know all too well she knows all too well about how these early national polls don't peen a lot in term of what will be happening a year from now. >> yeah. what's obviously always more interesting at least early on in how these candidates are doing in various battleground states or early states like iowa new hampshire, south carolina. the republican field. let's take a look at the republican field. right now, jeb bush still ahead of the pack we'll put the numbers up there, at 17%. the wisconsin governor scott walker 12%, rand paul marco rubio, 11%. for rubio he's more than doubled his number from a little while ago, right. >> we haven't seen marco rubio in double digits for a couple years, before he hit a speed bump with immigration reform not popular among republicans but a fies rollout. these numbers reflect that. we asked about lots of attributes strong leaders, shares my values has the right experience to be president, marco r
