. >> eyewitness news reporter tony yates is live in sea bright with more. >> yeah, you know, david, you got that right. and it seems like all of their flooding issues came up. we knew what we were going to find because it is so typical here. was fine. it's when you get to this low- lying area over here, like center street and all of the streets that are parallel to it, that they are still covered in water now. the water is subsiding. i mean, where i'm standing right now, about a half hour ago, it was covered with water. so we couldn't actually stand here. the people along these streets are so incredibly used to this. boost. you're going to see a lady walking by in a couple of minutes because they are prepared for this. they've already moved their cars to higher ground. they do that when they know -- front end, i want to show you this woman down here. she probably lives down this street. she's going home. and she's already got her high hipsters on right now. they are so used to this. and all they have to do is wait for these high tides to go down. >> they're so used to it, she said. it's
