we have a lot of people talk about mount davidson, mcclaren park and 8032 areas which comprise about 2300 acres we need to look at the management area within the larger acreage of those 32 sites. we need to look at the existing trees and the numbers of trees which will be affected over a 20 year time frame. that's a very [inaudible] approaches are most like doing structural engineering but not doing the whole structure in one day. so this is perhaps very simplistic and i.e. intentionally kept the one size which is a special discussion out of the thing.of which at the end of 20 years about 3450 would be removed. that means about all this linear mathematics. nothing else. in means about 174 four trees per year over the entire area of 32 areas. it's not going to be like picking 10 trees out of those 20 areas but if you break it down and unfortunately don't have any flow charts or graphics with particularly layout of the zine over time. i think people would feel significantly more comfortable because the management areas of invasive trees within the larger park acreage of those parks whe

i'm tracy davidson. >> and i'm katy zachry. thanks for joining us. let's get to meteorologist krystal klei. >> it's cold to start out in the morning. yesterday it was a totally different story. 50s, 60s on the map. not going to see that today. in fact, you're not going to see that at any point in today's forecast. temperatures mostly in the 20s, some of us holding tight to the low 30s. 31 degrees vineland, atlantic city. philadelphia at 29 and alan town at 23. trenton right now at 26. mount pocono at 13 degrees. that's the actual temperature. look at the feels like conditions. they're improving slightly in areas like mount pocono now at 4. that meanings the winds have weakened just a bit. overall it's cold out there. 19 now when it feels like in philadelphia and in wilmington. 18 in coatsville and mount holly. notice where the winds are lighter. winds make a difference. they start to pick up. we feel colder than it truly is. radar and satellite for us. what we have is the rain sitting down to the now southeast of us. that line passed yesterday. and i

i'm tracy davidson. >> and i'm vai sikahema. we're under a "first alert" this morning, to help you get ready for the cold air. right to meteorologist bill henley with the nbc10 "first alert" weather. bill? >> it's cold enough for snow showers, we're seeing light snow showers overnight tonight. and we're still tracking a few in new jersey right up through cumberland county. and north cape may. those won't last. they'll mainly be dry during the day. but i can rule out another isolated shower. in just about any spot. it can pop up anywhere. temperatures down in the 20s in the suburbs. 31 in new jersey. in lehigh valley, 25 degrees. and the temperature will continue to come down, as the wind increases. 21 at 8:00. and 22 degrees at 11:00. most of the day, the temperatures in the lehigh valley will be stuck in the low 20s. but look at the wind. now 20 miles an hour in philadelphia. 20 miles an hour in new jersey. they'll be closer to 30 miles an hour this afternoon. gusts up to 40 miles an hour and cold air coming in. temperatures in
