we don't know yet know what this order means for kim davis fully wlasmt we do know is that kim davis has never granted her authority for any marriage licensing to be issued while she was in jail. she remained the clerk and kentucky law says marriage licenses must be issued under her authority. her objection has been that licenses could not be issued on her authority or under her name. now what we have is deputies issuing licenses really on judge bunning's authority, on the federal district court judge's authority and on his order. so we don't know that those licenses are valid. in fact we believe that they are not because they weren't issued by kim davis's authority. what she will do going forward when she gets back to the office -- we still haven't figured that out exactly. we haven't even had a chance to speak with kim as her entire legal team. only some team members have been with her and it's been very busy. but we will understand what kim's wishes and desires are very soon. and then she'll proceed accordingly. i think what she can say for sure is she won't violate her conscience
