so another storm is still possible overnight but then we will see clearing by daybreak. so by the time you are stepping out the door monday morning things will be clear. we won't to have deal with any more showers or thunderstorms until the afternoon. this is when the actual cold front of our approaching storm system will push through. it is going to bring us an isolated storm on monday, and then the breezies will start to pick up a little bit. it is going to get less humid. tuesday is looking fantastic. here it is on our satellite and radar loop of 12 hours of thunderstorm activity as we just continued to cycle through the metro area. most of the heavy stuff was off to the north and west of us. that's good news for us. maybe just some beneficial rain in our backyard. on 9 futurecast as we head through the overnight those storms continue to push off to the east, and then as you're stepping out the door on monday back to the sunshine. but that energy is still lingering to the west. that's going to trigger those isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon, possibly even linger
