since then daas has been collaborating with dba to incorporate accessibility and disability programing for our employees. to that end we will be rolling out a two part disability awareness training this spring. part one will be a virtual disability awareness and etiquette training offered by the california department of rehabilitation and following that training part two will be structured conversations at the program level to discuss how we can integrate the lessons learned into our daily work. this two part training will be mandatory for the whole department. we are starting with the leadership team as they will be instrumental in helping to promote cultural culture change within our agency. so our larger leadership group will participate as the first training cohort and these trainings are scheduled for the middle of april. this is yet another step in our efforts to serve both older adults and people with disabilities. secondly, as you know we've completed the dignity fund cycle end report which was presented to you all last month. we're now socializing this report with members of t
