i went to dbi and planning records.didn't have anything there, i went to dbi, he couldn't find any plan. everything was so ambiguous that what is happening that he himself said just appeal and then you will find out what's going on. that's why pretty much last minute, i filed an appeal. so again, i keep hearing that nothing is being extended, nothing is being built. i don't have a problem with what's happening with the inside of the house. if that's true, that's fine, but i need some proof. i need to see something. i don't want to be here again and i don't want to file other complaints that suddenly something is happening there in that matter. at the same time, with the same thing would happen with that excavation with the garage. again, in 2015 when we went to the discussion or review, this was the fight basically. i didn't know at any minute what is really happening, what they really want to do. architects changed. there are seven people on the title, i have no idea who i'm talking to at any time, every single time it

i mean it's common in the arts delivery system, the art support, dbi and planning have totally separateabases. we have to do better by working together especially on this issue. we have our personal experiences or family members who have been caught up in this. it's complicated. i want to say that i really appreciate the challenges. i think i spent a lot of time in the tenderloin inside buildings too, not just out on the street where with these kind of issues and nobody knows who to call and just call the police and now we have the mental health number that they are supposed to be responding to, but do we have anybody answering the phone, i don't know. that's what i'm saying, it's time to talk about this stuff. i feel heartened because we are having this conversation. i feel like it's good. we all wish it would have started happening many years ago but it didn't and now it accelerates like everything if we don't find a better solution. so i really appreciate you all, all of your questions and attention to this. it's such an important issue, and i want to also, i want to do a ride along
