vanburen home here in northwest dc. one of those children, seven months old and neighbors say that seven-month-old also has a twin. all of them under the care of the grandmother. want you to take a look at some video here from about an hour ago. dc police on the scene here from about 7:00 this morning when that call came in until about 4:00 this afternoon. that call coming in from one of the siblings say their baby sibling was unresponsive again. now dc child and protective services not providing any more context as to when that previous occasion when the child was unresponsive, but once police showed up here to the scene there found there was not a single adult in the house. just six children. that 7-month-old take to children's hospital and pronounced dead at the hospital. we spoke with neighbors here who say they know the grandmother and are completely shocked to learn the news. >> i'm in a state of shock. i'm hearing that no one was there and the kids were there alone. and this is not the grandmother that i know. sh
