good old dc. we have had a couple of dc hearings and they want to talk about dc crime a lot. i will agree that all of us, regardless of where you live, we want to be safe. so, we are having these hearings and these hearings have been focused on these random numbers, dc does not have control of much of what goes on in the criminal justice system, as it is, but, one thing we are not addressing his real crime. most people, at least in my district, they are concerned about guns being on the street. and, for whatever reason, we can't have real conversations about that. from your perspective as a healthcare provider, because one of the things we don't talk about enough is, number one -- let me say thank you for the work that you do. let me back up a little bit. so many of our healthcare providers are overwhelmed because of what has happened in states like mine. so, you have a matter of just a handful of states that are allowing for you all to do what you were trained to do and that is causing another colossal effect because, even if i come to you and i have time to get the services
