deanna durante shows us some of the evidence prosecutors are now looking at. >> reporter: it's a video that show as man being pulled north on third street. he appears to face local 98 union head john dougherty and three to four other men with him. a witness to this scene tells us there was some sort of altercation down on third street before 8:30, on january 21st. >> who does it look like was fighting who? >> don't know. never seen any of them before. don't know who they are. >> he had no idea who any one was until people began asking him for the tape recorded outside his shop. >> heard some noise, didn't know what was going on. i seen him walking by. >> it doesn't show the fight but a man who appears walking with dougherty appears bleeding from the head. both sides say there was a physical altercation but both sides blame the other as the aggressor. nbc 10 has learned that police took a report from keys on january 21. dougherty began fighting over the fact he is not a union worker. >> it is clearly an aggravated assault, four people pummel my client. my client was passive, there, to d

deanna durante has a preview. >> today's meeting is at 3:30.it's a special meeting of the board of trustees. they've been talking since last fall about building a stadium of their own. the temple president says he wants to build off the momentum of the successful football season last year and that he wants to bring jobs and alumni back to campus. he says many people haven't returned to the campus in decades to see the growth that has happened here. but not everyone is on board for a stadium on campus. now, the last meeting was met with protesters who voiced concern over the cost. the temple owls play at the link. they say money it spends to play there could be invested into a stadium here. they say they want to work with community members. they say the campus can handle the influx of people. the last meeting was met with protests and community members were not invited to the meeting. they are invited to this afternoon's meeting. no word if they'll hear public comment or talk to those community members or if this is a meeting to update the area

and now we go to the changing conditions in the suburb with deanna durante. >> yes, she is live out in the suburbs. >> yes, we have been out here since noon today, and the weather has remained constant. and looking at 309 heading to montgomery, and you can see the conditions are clear and little slush, but when you look at the turning lanes with where there s is not much traffic, it is snow packed and slushy, and the fact that we have had snow here since noon, not a ton of accumulation here, and you can see the pavement there, and when you are looking at the parking lot, you can see the spaces where where there were cars and cars not driving, and penndot says that the air temperatures outside may mean that the temperatures are coming down, the road conditions may not be coming down as fast. so if you see a changeover despite the salting, there could be freezing, because the roads and the ground have been cold for so long, that it is going to be taking quite a while for the road temperatures to catch up even if we see a good arm waing overnight. so they are telling you the reduce the sp
