the fire happened january 27th on occohannock neck road in exmore. 10 on your side's deanna leblanc spent the day in exmore working to get more details. she's in the newsroom now with more. by all accounts - shirley onley seemed like a person who had no enemies. she was active in her church. she worked as a substitute teacher in a local elementary school - but recently quit to take care of her new great grand daughter. news that her death is now considered a crime - shocked neighbors i spoke with. they say shirley onley was one of the nicest people they knew. in the rubble of what's left of her home - you can see several religious texts somehow - escaped the not surprising to her longtime neighbor who says shirley was a minister. this neighbor, who was at the fire before fire trucks even arrived on scene says it was hard enough for her to know her friend was trapped inside - but now to know that someone did this to her - makes it that much worse. agnes johnson/neighbor i hope whoever did it - they can find whoever did it - because if they don't everybody will feel that's a dangerous perso
