charles, what happens wehen countries see this increase in a short period of time, of deb, is it something in equities based on that? what do you see? >> i see the global stock markets have gone from 29d trillion at the bottom in '09 to $64 trillion today according to the worldwide federation exchanges, if that's the exact name. they track this. so we've seen 18% annualized gain in stock prices. 5% annualized gain in government debt after an economic contraction. what hasn't been happening is incomes haven't been growing. we had an economic contraction and instead of debt going down from 70 trillion to 60 trillion the debt has gone up. so we've leveraged our way out of the economic contraction instead of deleveraging our way out. and so that has limited our growth to 2% a year in incomes after inflation since '09 and we have do-gooders in charge of our government who is making it harder to get anything done in business. >> all right. charles, we only have a half a minute left so i want you to go fast. are there any other examples that you're aware of of countries that have big debt problem
