explain how you got involved with debbie. >> debbie contacted me with looking for veterans who were ind fitness industry. i prior had been a personal trainer and fitness instructor. she asked me to come train and try out the crank cycle and back an instructor. that led me into getting involved with sweat for a vet and that's very important for me to be a part of helping my fellow veterans and getting them involved with sports and exercise. >> explain a little bit. there was a sky diving accident in 2002 and you've always been a very fit person in your life, very athletic. how do that change your life? did you feel that you would not be active and this changed that. >> the accident changed my life drastically after the accident in 2002, as you said. i hit the ground running trying to figure out what i was going to do, trying to get involved with exercise and fitness and sport, participated in wheelchair basketball, tennis, hand cycling, led it all and that helped me help other people with disability, mentoring them and the crank cycle ace en excellent tool for that and we can use it in
