ktvu's debora villalon joins us live from concord with the efforts to rescue that infant. >> reporter: this was a 1-year- old boy who was revived and we're told is in stable condition right now. take a look at video from about 90 minutes ago of the baby being put into an ambulance to be transferred to children's hospital in oakland. there was a helicopter on stand by to air lift him but the decision was made to take him and his mother by ground. this transfer came after the boy had been revived and stabilized which took a few hours. the actual 911 call came in about 6:15 that an infant had drowned in a backyard pool. concord police arrived to find the boy lifeless and family members trying frankicly to find him. those officers took over cpr until fire paramedics got there. they rushed to a near by park where a medivac met them and he ended up going to john concord campus with a police escort that time. all of this very traumatic very everyone in the cul-de-sac where this family lives. but the outcome tonight not as bleak as first thought. this is a near drowning. and this 1-year-old b
