. >> tonight we're really delighted o welcome deborah rhode, author of "what women want." when this book first crossed our desks several months ago, it really granded our attention, and it has a great title, timely subject. we were intrigued and reached out to her to ask her if she would come and share her work at kepler's, and we're so pleased she said, yes. she's written a very important book on a very important subject. personally having come of page post-title ix, i'm both astonished and dismayed at the lack of progress for women in america. by every possible measure, women continue to lag behind their male counterparts. in "what women want," rhodes into topics that effect the lives of women. please welcome the direct director of the stanford center on legal profession, deborah rhode.
