i am deborah weiner. the time is 7:25. here is a look at the morning's top stories. the baltimore police department business owners are getting ready for the super bowl fans and making plans to keep the city safe tomorrow. baltimore police say they have detailed crowd control plans that include increased deployment of uniformed and plain clothed officers in the city. they sold tickets ahead of sunday in an effort to avoid over crowding. they will be out checking establishments for violations. >> they will be watched and most importantly they know what the capacity is for their establishment. they can reap the benefits from these masses of people coming out but we want everybody to enjoy themselves safely. >> there weill be parking restrictions and rotating road closures depending on crowds in 16 areas including on fayette street and charles street in federal hill. we have a full list of all of the restrictions to our web site on wbal-tv.com. click on ravens. >> the council has 30-days to replace john leopold who resigned as county executive on friday. the decision ca
