but i do think and maybe debra can answer this but i do feel that the overall amount of revenue we'renging in in current planning is cost recovery overall current planning staff it's just on an apples to apples basis we might need to tweak some things around the edges to kind of reflect these new processes but i do believe it's fully covering current planning staffing and then cross subsidizing other functions as well and i think that's been part of the larger discussion around should our cost...
