debra bogart was jogging when she was struck. the driver didn't even stop. jonathan: earlier this week, aqua-dots crews were tearing up the passenger platforms for the long overdue streetcar project. kimberly: now today we are learning there are several fixes that still have to be made before the doors can open to passengers. chris papst went out there. chris: if you were to drive here for the next few days you are sure to notice construction like this. related to the streetcar. when the streetcar comes up and opens its doors, the doors are scraping against the concrete. that has had to be replaced. this was just one of 18 recommendations that came out earlier this year from the american public transportation association. a group that looked at the project to see if it's feasible. they did not find any fatal flaws but found 18 recommendations. that report came out in march. now, we are in september. how many recommendations have been completed? we have that at 6:00. we'll also tell you what is scheduled to happen next week if it does happen would be big news
